I super appreciate the mangaka for creating this. It had a nice premise but unfortunately the execution of that premise was poor. The pacing was all over the place and the characters are confusing. It almost had me with chapter 7’s ending and made me think that maybe the last chapter will be its redeeming factor but sadly, its unpopularity worsened the story :(( thank you nps team for scanlating! Taiki’s really fucking annoying in the whole book. Even in his own damn story. He’s selfish, full of envy and just a plan dickwad with no remorse whatsoever. And imma say the same for Kou who tolerated his actions, bruh come over here and get your cuffs

I thought senpai was Seiichi’s younger bro because it was implied a few times (senpai looks like Seiichi and there’s “Seiji”, his brother who uses their mother’s surname, who visited their dad). That would also explain why Seiichi finds Nao familiar because he was with Seiji before. But maybe those were just red herrings lol though I was sooo ready for the drama that’d cause heh
