I guess it depends on the author but in most cases, no. The bite is only for alphas. Betas can’t form a ‘bond’ with omegas. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t be romantically involved with an omega/beta. Even in an omega verse, I wouldn’t be surprised if humans find it animalistic to succumb to their ‘beastly’ nature, that’s why omega verse stories have suppressants for omegas etc. With that logic, I’m sure there are people in that universe who believe that love shouldn’t be restricted to what their genetics tell them (aka alpha and omega bond).
