I wholeheartedly believe Jooin is such a realistic character. It's annoying to see this weekly but when you actually read the whole story in one go you can see how his actions and emotions make sense. Also the author takes A LOT of time making both guys rlly pitiful and giving us reason to sympathize with them while also showing Jooin trying to put boundaries but not wanting to hurt them bc hes conflicted (which in return has cause that most readers hate jooin instead:/ )
I've said it before, but the more I see dohyeok, the more his behavior reminds me of the one of a wounded animal. ((I'm not excusing anything he has done ofc))
I am pretty sure he thinks that he can get anything by force if he uses money and that is what he does regardless of what the other person feels because that might be what he learned or watched while growing up. yea definitely, he only has seen/knows dog-eat-dog relationships and has never seen true love/care. in a way it makes him pitiful bc when he was r/ped he didn't have any instinct to look for comfort (when he did it was unconsciously texting sw) and is always super shocked when sw treats him carefully/tenderly. him also being confused when sw said he was worried about him ("why are you worried about me") like ppl worrying about him is foreign to him. in a way he's quite strong bc after the assault he never engaged in self-pity and just went back to scheming/taking his revenge, but ofc it's the other side of him being also very vicious and unsympathetic towards other ppl.
i actually think siwoo likes taking care of ppl (it's part of his dom energy too) so i think if we got to a point where they were open and honest with one another they would actually work out...ahhh
