Jeff's whole family actually. Jeff apparently has a long history of torturing and mutilating Hook. Jeff's father wants Jeff to make Hook compete in illegal werewolf fighting games organised by wealthy clients so as to make friendships and find donors to help his political career. Their butler is another wierdo. Also Jeff didn't really care about Hana (only got close to Hana because he thought Hana must be from a very influential family to have 2 werewolves which even his family doesn't have) but once Hana rejects him, he gets obsessed with her. Wacko alert!!
