I so badly wanted to like this but the plot is a mess. Random things we had no clue about keep popping up like we were already supposed to know? For example, before she left for the north the first time. She says something about a catastrophe she needs to fix. We don’t even know what the FL intentions are or even her past. The romance feels shallow and I feel like they dumb her down while she’s with the ML because she’s too distracted by his face. I don’t think the adopted son is the main villain, but even as a side one his build up was pretty terrible. The plot is simple with some random shit thrown in there to make it seem complex.

Honestly was really good until translations got worse at ch. ~90. I can barely understand what they’re saying or what’s going on, so I’m dropping.
