I think in one of the past chapters his actions hinted he was kind of hiding their relationship? I don't think he's ready to be out esp in school but I could be wrong. I do think he likes the mc but he does care about what others think of him.
Yeah I agree but I didn't mean their relationship but more of his personality? He seemed a lot nicer and understanding before. I thought he'd be more worried about MC's safety than angry (understandably he's right to be mad considering he isn't aware of the hypnosis).
