I'm looking for an old BL manga from a not very well known volume, and I only remember one scene. Do you think you can help me find it ?

So the scene in question takes place towards the end of the manga I guess. Basically, you have a couple of two guys and one of them (the seme I think) wants to come out to his father. The otherman dissuades him by explaining that his father is old, that he should let him spend his last days in peace and that if things go wrong, the last memory he will have of his father is him hating him.

He still decides to go see his father with a bouquet of flowers. He arrives at the door and can't tell his father, thinking about everything his partner said to him. His partner realizes that he said things he shouldn't have (discussing with his friends I think) and runs to join his partner. When he gets closer, he sees his disappointed boyfriend and tells he him that he was unable to come out to his father. The other apologizes for what he said and the one who wanted to come out says he just wanted his father to know who he really was before he died. The two cry in each other's arms in the street

I don't think the manga is a good one but I just have this scene in my head for too long haha
