You all are annoying as hell. Let's get few things clear:
-> Sedin is not just a puppy lead, he is a strong character, that is feared and revered by his peers. He acts like that towards Renee/Yi-Young cause she just gave him a new purpose in life after being stilted by his own self-growth , he literally never sworn loyalty to anyone, despite being the strongest in the empire, but after recognizing Yi-Young's strength and experience he sworn himself to her. You can see his personality switches, from how he reacts to the prince to how he reacts to his subordinates.
Some of you just want a stronger ml than our mc for him not to be a puppy ml... Boring
-> second, why Yi-Young/Renee doesn't just solve everything with sheer power? If you actually read the manhwa you'd see that even as powerful as she is she still has to play by the system's rules, or she gets slowly stripped of her powers/the constellations (beings that are the closest to friends/family she has) what makes you think the system won't take away all of her powers if she doesn't "play by the rules" of the cliche romance novel?
Also she obviously stated that she could but won't take the country over with strength alone, cause that's not her goal, she only wants to return, that's why she's cunningly flowing through her obstacles.
If you want a power fantasy, go read a male fantasy shounen - it's good with the whole maiden in distress, men stronger than women, everything resolved by strength - exactly what you want
