I love it, adore the story, grew up with it.
The relationships and characters matured as the time passed, the story became more grounded and healthier, the arguments - more believable, the motivations and goals - realistic.
But
The begining definitely needs a rewriting. From time to time I'll come back and re-read this manga, and you can see that at first the manga was only supposed to be a short about 6 chapters one volume piece but then it grew. You can see a lot of the typical toxic/worrying yaoi tropes in the beginning, from the weird age gap - I know it's "not that big" but there was no reason that it shouldn't have been set in collage instead of highschool.
The beginning of the relationship feels so rushed, but it's most probably due to the aforementioned set up of being just an one volume story.
The weird behaviour of Hazuki towards Naoto where he was angry at him, and being all pissed AT HIM for not sharing his trauma right then and there, I get it you want to help your partner - but to be angry at him instead of consoling him and working it out at his pace was really typical of the early bl.
Regardless you can see that the author matured with the manga, started treating the characters more like actual people rather than comical protagonists fit for melodramatic bl. It is seen through the inclusion in the rest of the story of more thought out characters like Shizuku's friends the teacher pair, and completely forgetting the immature drama inducing ones - like the girl that was the "pair" of Hazuki's at the beginning.
Also the world building around the main pair of Naoto and Hazuki. The fleshing out of seemingly background characters. I loved the side story of Shixuku and her crush and friend the mature way of showing a situation similar to Naotos - of a young omega boy ostricized just for his second gender, and what would've happened if Naoto had a support system of good people around.
You can feel and see the maturing and well rounding of characters throughout the pages, that they actually grow up and despite the occasional fight, which is now resolved a lot more realistically and healthily, stand tall as a beautiful family.

Honestly I like Sho a lot more than Daiki, his relationship with Minjoon is a lot more developed and not as superficial as with Daiki, I don't mean I see them as love interests just Sho is an actual character and Daiki is just a cardboard cut out of a yaoi ml - just shallow, one dimensional
I like the story but I'm a bit mad that the author is trying to make Margaret more of a villain than Admion, they should all be kept as villains with different interests but now Admion just isn't there and I want him to suffer

I always really enjoyed Kotokot's stories, I remember the first one I've red was the zombie apocalypse one, then there was the one about the cop and a spin off to that one, and then the one I really liked - about the war prisoner and the prince (?). But I don't remember ever finishing any one of those, either I just lost them when I was reading or they just never finished I wonder
To all the people calling the FL dumb, you really never seen people in intense grief and locked in fight or flight battle for survival ? She's clearly irrational and reckless cause she's intensely traumatized after being betrayed by the love of her life, and then each and every consecutive person obviously something in her broke and she's just locked in instinct mode, obviously in such distress she will not be rationally planing her chess moves, like seriously people?

I really like the series the relations between the characters I really adore it but I just can't bring myself to ever re-read it from the begging cause I just hate how the relationship began when n Hazuki was IN HIGH SCHOOL, it would've been already weird but questionably ok if he had been in collage but in hight school?! It's just a bit too groomy for me, I hate how it began but I love how it's going
It had potential, but there's just so many things that don't make sense and we're done just for the shock factor

I feel like as of late there's this trend, or maybe it always has been that way, where the sex scenes are, yes, more explicit, but feel just icky? Like the top never listens to what the bottom's asking for or saying no, it's rough, not that I have anything against that, but it just doesn't look like the bottom is in much pleasure. It all just feels violent and bordering on rape. Like is it much to ask for a willing, proactive enjoying himself bottom?
