I absolutely love this chapter. We get Jooin thoughts on Cain, how he's afraid to lose him, the warmth he gave him hence why he wanted to embrace Cain and we also get the flashback to their past life we all have been waiting for. We love a sassy wolf
I have so much on my mind with this chapter (beautiful with angst) I would like to point out what others have pointed out on twt.
Gyeongbokgung Palace. It's when Cain and Jooin first meeting and what Cain remembers in his past life, seeing how its shown in this update, chapter 90, I wonder if it will have important meaning later on especially now. They met in spring but it's winter now. So I wonder of they break off then met again in spring. It's pointed out by a particular user who said every time Cain and Jooin are together cherry blossoms are around and you know what Gyeongbokgung Palace is known for? Spring and cherry blossoms season.
Oh boy, Jooin really believes he's poison to Cain, but also how he's scared Cain will stop loving him once things are different from how Cain imagined. You can tell the difference between Jooin rejecting Yahwi and Cain. With Yahwi, Jooin is always with a monotone expression, not much feelings left but with Cain, oh with Cain, Jooin is always crying, heartbroken and sad, as if he's holding himself back to many times. JOOIN THINK WHATS BEST FOR YOU NOT JUST CAIN. I NEED TO KNOW WHY CAIN TURN, WHAT DID JOOIN MUMBLE?
Just leaving a positive Jooin comment because readers just love hating him for no reason. I hope Jooin is able find his own happiness and it doesn't necessarily mean it has to be with the ML's. He's being pressured by two men putting their feeling on him so I understand his confliction. I hope to see him smile more. My squirrel boy deserves it.
He deserved that punch, good job Yeowoon. I'm really curious about the night with the sunbae though. I hope what happen in chapter 25 finally makes Yeowoon break up with that bastard. He slowly ticking. But basically Alpha brat got dump (not literally (yet)) twice
I saw a few panel of the next chapter the artist did such a gorgeous job with Cain inner thoughts, the panels of that moment are so beautiful
It amazes me how many readers didn't pick up the hints and foreshadowing. It becomes more prominent later on and Ch.77 finally shows us that Seongjun reminds Baram way too much of the professor, even previously, the way he blocks her home door and demanded her go on a date with him when she said no.
In 75, she finally confess he makes her uncomfortable and then I remember in an older chapter he wouldn't let go of her hand so she punch him because she was scared. He has always been heavy-handed with her and before he become heavy-handed he was rude and prejudice towards her. Baram doesn't need someone like that around her, like Jaerim said she should surround herself with those who make her happy and comfortable (and that was a foreshadow)
I can't with some of these comments. Most of yall are so stuck in S1. The way yall are so vocal in hating a bottom/uke who has finally question those who like him. Jooin baby, I'm so sorry people don't understand your character and only care are what the male lead candidates wants/feeling.
I read up to chapter 80 and a lot happen. We even got some small development too and I like how it was written. All I can say that out of the two main possible ML's Seungyeon is currently the best choice for Baram. He may cause few mistakes recently but he own up to them and when it came to feelings he didn't impose his feeling onto her forcing her to come out just because he liked her. Despite one time (chapter 73) he has always made her comfortable. So I'm really enjoying this series. The story didn't really focus on romance but more on moving on but now I think we're entering the romance part and I'm excited.
Dear Joseph stans, we have lost. I have read half of the novel but didn't reach the last volume but on twt someone brought up the last volume. There are scenes with Erez, in the novel they're not romantic at all but I definitely can see it being made as romantic in the manhwa. And Joseph does not show up in the last volume, this is a big hint telling us our sweet Joseph is not the ML
But what makes me angry is the writing of his character. Seeing the process of the novel and its premise. Why the fuck was Joseph written to be in love with Keira IN BOTH LIFES in the manhwa then later to dwindle his appearance after using him up in S1.
Why make him ONLY as a potential love interest instead of actually giving him a importance to the story. Honestly speaking if they were just gonna do that then they should've just left him as a simple knight who never had feelings for his lady like in the novel. Because making him love her for two damn life's only to throw him out later? That's a waste of a character and sick of this troupe always being used, especially for knights.
Should've just introduced the ML right off the bat so we can have FL x ML moments instead of the tension of the fandom guessing who endgame is. I'm sick of the constant fights and others saying horrible things about both Joseph and Erez due to this silly romance rivalry.
Anyway, I needed to let this out but I'm open to hear what yall and even Erez stans think of this.
So Joseph stans let's not dwell on it further or start fights. Either stop reading where we are at now or continue it without minding the romance tension. I'm still continue it since I do like the story and curious about Cosette and their battle. Though I'm upset with Joseph writing process, there isn't much to do since it is already too late. I hate that I realize this when I'm already deep I to the manhwa.
People are like team Joseph or team erez but no one's says team Arabella (the Imperial princess) like come on that the golden ship right there
Honestly both Keira and Erez do have a right feeling the way they do. I do agree Keira might reacted badly but I can't blame her she was indeed traumatized by Cossette and that finding out she's a demon first which unlock all the bad things then soon after he tells her he's one. Whole lot of emotions. But I hate the author for writing it like that for the sake of romance. We all know why the author wrote it like that. Kinda annoying she played it that way, but atleast Keira now realizes she overreacted and knowledge Erez is the one who's more hurt. And as others pointed out I'm also disappointed what the author did to Keira in the manhwa making her so kind of damsel depending on others way to much.
Um. I wish there was a way to downvote of of these comments. You all are just nasty the way yall talk about Moa yet praise Yura as if he hasn't down any wrong. All of them are Grey characters, they have flaws yet yall only attacking the FL lead because she's not with guy you all like. Like stfu
