If I'm not mistaken .... no they can't.... they can get pregnant with someone else's sperm but I think their sperm isn't viable ....that's why they can get pregnant but not impregnate....(￣∇￣") this is just my take and "understanding" from all the Omegaverses I've read ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
In some omegaverse, IF an omega can get an omega pregnant, the chances are usually very, very slim. In most cases, only an alpha can get an omega pregnant. That being said... I don’t think an omega can get pregnant with their own semen.
In omegaverse the omega's sperm is usually sterile so I'd say no. I don't remember if this story said anything on that. When it isn't sterile would still be pretty difficult because omegas are built to be the carrier.
Many stories has their own twist on the omegaverse so in some stories, it's possible, in others, they're not. So it depends on author of the book ig she/he wants the omega to impregnate him/her self
Let's use snails as an example for a dual-sex species - they can't reproduce on their own, but both ditribute their fluids as well as receiving them during mating. Pretty sure it's the same with mpreg in most manga.

Well you raised a pretty interesting question there. As far as I know, it might be impossible for an omega to get pregnant by his own sperm. But then again, what exactly is impossible in this omegaverse world? I mean, there's already a bl story about 2 guys having a baby just by holding hands and that their baby is born in form of a seed which they have to grow in a pot of sand until the actual baby comes out when the flower blooms XD so yea, it would be interesting if there is a story about an omega getting pregnant by his own sperm in the future lol that would be an innovation in yaoi world lol
