in a way, this is right. if you think you are suffering from depression, seek professional help. But... it is okay to call out for help here. As for me, when people you know cant help, strangers can actually ease down the episode of depression.

Agreed, there are some who likes to bring their life stories here for some reason. And some who just tells their stories for symphathy or attention.
