was gonna continue after taking a break from this but i guess not after reading the comments :P i’m too emotionally attached to seth and i don’t wanna read the heart-breaking scene cuz i know it’s gonna hurt and i don’t ever want to see seth unhappy. wake me up when the author makes a sequel featuring seth and the person who deserves him :3 he deserved his own story after being used as a plot device to make two people realize their love for each other lol. i hope it’ll be spring for seth soon <3 and for him to experience all four seasons with a person who’ll love him as much as he does

from the raws the plot is kinda shitty :( i wanna treat this as a story but it might better off be porn like the one in ken-chan’s friend’s magazine... i really really wanna like haru but i felt like ken-chan deserved better by the end of the manga smh like boy ripped apart their childhood pic even though ken-chan was so attached to it and in the end it was ken-chan who came back for haru even though he was so mad at him before? not to mention the rape in the beginning (which is the biggest issue) and the fact that most of the other sex scenes are dub-con at best... at least volume two (if you pretend volume 1 doesn’t exist) looks decent i guess. WHY CAN’T WE GET A SMUTTY MANGA WITH GREAT PLOT MUST THEY BE MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE?

the beginning is so weird omg (like if that happened to me i’d take action against him for sexual harrassment, also who lets someone jerk off in your face? the scene is so silly) but the rest is sooo good!!! the art style is lovely, the lewd scenes are hot (though too short. i love the angles and the veiny dicks) and even though there is minimal censoring i’m glad they’re not lightsabers lmaoo. mine is so pure and super adorable and hachikaku is unexpectedly sweet and caring. i love the bit when he’s the one to fall in love first. the pacing was a bit iffy and jarring at times but the development is amazing. the last two chapters are so wholesome and heart-warming! hopefully the author releases more mangas in the future!
also the ass-eating in the last chapter. damn hot

on a serious note, this manga is slowly climbing its way up to be one of my most fav bl mangas out there (and there’s really a few of them, mind you). i was on the edge of my bed waiting for the truth about tamaki’s family situation to be revealed (i thought he was being sexually abused or smth) but it was still heartbreaking to know that shii is the only part of his childhood that can be considered a happy one... i’m just glad his mom got her shit together in the end (but damn that was not something to subject your son into you hag you don’t attract your clients using him oh my lord)
anyways shii is such a sweetheart and tamaki is so pretty! shii pretty much portrays what it’s actually like to have a crush of the same gender, and i love how bold and how exasperated he is to make tamaki love him, while not encroaching any boundaries and giving tamaki the appropriate space. i also love how tamaki has no problem with the affectionate gestures and touches shii gave before the confession, and i especially love the mundane, slife of life esque moments between them! i hope tamaki gets to overcome his predicament and find strength and even though this looks like it’s gonna be a slow burn, i’m gonna enjoy how it’s all gonna turn out, and the ending will sure be much sweeter when it comes!

anyways it hurts so much to know that suhyeok’s dad thinks that something is wrong with him. it’s so relatable for me personally and i feel for him so much. i love how seunghee stands his ground and reassures him that they’re not in the wrong and that they’ll never change. because that’s just who they are! two beautiful people who only love each other! seunghee believes in him and it’s all that matters to suhyeok and it’s honestly heart-wrenchingly beautiful and precious to see, how they are now finding comfort, safety, trust and love in each other. when suhyeok said “i love you” in the last panel, my heart clenched with the best kind of pain and happiness all at the same time because of how raw and real it is. i believe that at that moment, they’ve found home in each other. i love them so much.

it's always such a treat to read lgbtq+ stories from lgbtq+ authors, especially as a gay man. first off, i think we all really need to set our perspective into seeing this story as a real life one when reading this manga, cuz i can see some of you guys reading this with a mindset that this is a typical yaoi manga. you can't really predict what's gonna happen because its all set in stone already so i think we should all enjoy the ride and go with the flow. that being said, its wonderful to see the author to lay bare his feelings and share his experience. this manga shows him as a very human character, who experienced a myriad of emotions in the face of hardships being a gay person. he tells us of his flaws to show that he has grown as a person, and that everyone has different ways to cope with their feelings and emotions. even the way his friend reminded him that it was not hase's gf's fault for making him feel that way is proof enough that he knows of his immaturity back then. and he couldn't help it! because being a closeted gay is so difficult and i understand the way he felt back then. not everyone can tolerate mushy late night calls of your roommate, and i can see myself kicking mine out of the room if he does it in my face even if i'm not in love with him. i'm quiet and socially awkward so i don't really have random bursts of anger but i can never be mad at gay characters expressing their raw emotions after bottling them for so long or pushing people away because they were hurt before. that's why we need to keep in mind that everyone in this story is based on a real life person and portrayed as actual humans with their own traits and behaviors. i saw someone bashing ho-chan for calling hase every night but don't you think that it was hase's fault for talking to her in the room instead of bringing that conversation outside or something? it may be annoying but things like this happen. even if you get mad at hase now it already happened and you can't really change anything? so it's not like our feelings will bring the story to wherever we want it to go. i believe it's going to be a long journey since hase is not nanasaki's husband. seldom do gay people find actual happiness in life with the person they love so i know it's going to be hardships after hardships for nanasaki before he meets with his husband. it's going to be a bumpy ride but i'm sure it'll be worth it because the cover is just so gorgeous and heart-warming and i'm glad nanasaki found his happiness.
anyways i'm really excited to find out how nanasaki met ryousuke... the first scene of their marriage filled my heart with so much warmth and fuzziness i want to bask myself in their happiness.
