I saw a comment while I was reading at asura scans, that the bil was indeed mind controlled but in his prev life, aft he was released, he found out what happened to his daughter and committed suicide.
oh and he got released in this life when he got bonked by a world tree branch by the mc LOLOL.
so in all honestly, I can't hate him much, since it was against his will.
