Usually what I do when there's something I'm totally uncomfortable with but should/have to do is I pretend I'm a clone of myself that has almost all of the same qualities as I do. Except, they have that one trait that is missing/I need. So I act out a scenario with the clone starring myself and that usually gets things done. But honestly, by next weekend no one will actually remember what the other person did. So go for it!
