I read this manga like 11-14 years ago I think…it’s more of a shoujo style manga about a girl (I can’t remember if she’s a witch). But she has power and she would wear these shoes that would make her older. There’s a scene where the man she loved “died” and she cried and the whole city rained because of her emotion. PLS HELP!
