I read this manga like 11-14 years ago I think…it’s more of a shoujo style manga about a girl (I can’t remember if she’s a witch). But she has power and she would wear these shoes that would make her older. There’s a scene where the man she loved “died” and she cried and the whole city rained because of her emotion. PLS HELP!
I briefly came across this manga/webtoon (not sure cause I only saw the cover) but it definitely has more than 50 chapters and it was about this guy that after reading a book, it becomes his skill or experience? or something along that line
