You probably already imagined something worse than how it's drawn. Pages 35 & 36 sort of show it, but as liquid. Not how it would look in reality. Although most people seem to have issues with it not being a realistic portrayal of bdsm. It's not real. It's a fantasy world of s&m. It's a manga about what some people would want, but not IRL. That's why it's a manga, not an illustrated guide to bdsm! I really like this manga. I re-read every so often.

its enema,to clear colon from poop, that liquid is soap.and water used to dissolve the poop and it has to be held in for few min to do so(as it was here) , so basiclly even if there was poop, now it all liquid with color because of the soap
