Muscles weigh heavier than fat. So when one does sport, they often don’t loose weight at all at first, and might even actually start weighing heavier. It’s muscle. Weigh is a parameter to check, but it gives out vague indications, and isn’t always an indicator of health.
Seeing ML’s height and musculature now, I wouldn’t be surprised he weighs really heavy x)
So yeah, don’t get worried, be kind, patient, to yourselves and others. Sport is health, whatever the weigh.
