It's yaoi, there are two protagonists. One is a super beautiful crossdresser who inherited his family's shoe company. He always wears super high heels. Other main character is his childhood friend who is a shoemaker for the company. I'm pretty sure they've been in love since childhood but the 1st mc hates himself because he was born a man?? And then his company comes under fire for making super high heels that are unfeminist and uncomfortable etc. I remember it being angsty as hell.
