I really thought the latest arc would be a slow burn and angst but goddamn I'm boo boo the fool with that last chapter lmaooo
Wtf was that last chapter's pacing??? The scenario in the cave had more chapters than the climax and exposition of the arc.
And wtf again was that ending??? Who tf is that??
The last chapter is just wtf, if that was really the end maaaaaann that sucks. I mean, I wasn't expecting something awesomr but damn that pacibg ruined everything lol

What was the guy with silver(?) hair bangs's role? Was it ever explained why he hates the ml? I just felt like he was always the perceived antagonist in every obstacle like the sports contest and even in the last music contest but there were no concrete explanations as to why he hates ml and tried flirting with mc? Or was being rivals with ml in sports and music enough justifications for that???
I feel like the despair I was hoping to get from ML wasn't reached but maybe it's just his resting btch face that's why it wasn't conveyed well lol I think the novel did a better job in conveying it but I guess that's the edge of novels since they could describe it more and leave the imagination to the reader lol
Honestly I expected to feel more angst from this arc(?); it just felt lackluster ( ´~`) but maybe I just love angst too much lol
ALSO!! Take care of your darn kid like he also lost a person who was very dear to him!! He's a kid! He should've been comforted more idk
that's true tho, since the beginning the manhua didnt really adapted the fully events in the novel
