I would have liked if the conflicts resolution involved his actions and not using only his words, which took away from the last 6 chapters (including the ex.) other than that I liked it.
I can’t even imagine how hurt the MC was after the events of the FIRST few chapters. And I feel like they didn’t take it far enough. This isn’t because of the fact I like angst but moreso the general premise of the nurses actions. The nurse stated that they ‘weren’t a whore’ but like he spent a couple of hours in pound town in a literal RARE DISEASE RESEARCH CLINIC. There was a literal line of people and everything! And he was all for it treating it like a chore or whatever. It goes to show how trash this man is and how the future events probably wouldn’t have happened if they applied common sense. Dr Semer literally had a better resume than the nurse before they eventually screwed him over when they paired him up with Mr ‘3 Weeks Left To Live’. They could have done SOOO much better if A: MC and nurse argue abt him going to pleasure station with several people BEHIND HIS BACK, and B: Having Dr Semer be the main love interest and having the MC get over pink haired playboy, dialing down the amount of ‘scenes’ a bunch or AT LEAST making them nice to look at. It’s mentally draining to watch the nurse do that behind the MCs back without any afterthought, and it’s even more disgusting when you mix some r*pe in as well. This is NOT worth your time whatsoever unless you’re looking for a mindless barely qualifying romance story riddled with tons of meaningless and utterly frustrating sexual intercourse.
The complete 180 was definitely irrational, confusing, and disgusting. It only proves the guy is an utter doormat when it comes to this asshole of a guy and it showed this toxic dynamic. “Get lost, you bitch. Don’t ever show your face again.” Is really the most hurtful thing he’s said during the course of this manga. They really should have talked this out more or at least showed the hurt he felt instead of fixing this all up with a hollow apology that completely contrasted how he felt YESTERDAY. One heartbroken face isn’t enough to really explain how he feels. Drag them through the mud and show how much it matters if you really don’t want the conflicts meaning to get lost.
