Well, previous comments believe the twins are Namsoo and Hyeongoh, I do too. I mean, they both look alike... Hyeongoh is adopted and he can't walk. Namsoo said his parents are dead and if you check the previous chapters, Namsoo always held his hand, like the baby did to the one crying.
