You pretty much summarized the whole manga. Yes Alex is a jerk tho he is being like that because the uke allows him to be a jerk to him. To me they both deserve each other. Plot is not that great. Alex can even shit on uke's face if he wants and even so the uke will still let him do whatever else he wants.
