I actually like her character, it's nice to see someone who isn't perfect in every way. It's okay to have bad traits, we all have them. Also this gives the opportunity for a good character development. Plus, it seems her past is really playing a big part on her present. It will take great effort for her to trust man again.
Ok so I reread the first couple chapters. I understand losing weight, getting handsome and all that but how did the seme get taller?
Well in some cases when a tall person get fat it looks like that person get shorter and in reverse it's fat gets slim and taller.
