More of a 4.7-4.9. I liked it but it wasn’t awestrucking. I’d be willing to keep up with it but at the same time, if it was nevee updated, I wouldn’t particularly care. It was very cute though.

I really fucking like this manhwa. Like.. a lot. I rlly just left mangago to see if there were any more episodes I can read on webtoon that weren’t uploaded on here bc DAMN. I binge read this whole muthafuckin’ thing (51 chaps.) in the span of 7 hours. Non-stop. It was so interesting to me. I even had a crush on Jihyeon, bless her soul Anyways, 5/5 read it for yourself. I love it.

I shall begin!! Let’s talk about the bad news first. Honestly, there were WAY too many flashbacks / backstory. There are more than one episode where around 2/3’s of it would be filled with flashbacks. In my honest opinion, they were really unnecessary. Not the abuse flashbacks but other flashbacks about certain side characters we can learn about later on. Also, the pacing is very long and tedious. It makes me think that the author may have chosen to focus more on backstory than the actual present story. Just what I think though..
The translations also get worse the more you read on, so beware of that!
Now the Good News!!
The plot is very interesting!! I love the female lead and how modest she is. She is so loveable! I also like the side characters Bernessa and Enoch, they are very cute The ML is also quite adorable. He’s quick-witted and respected the FL. I’m enjoying the second couple as well! They’re not an obstacle for the FL or ML but rather a cute couple willing to help! I’m so glad that they’re of great help. I recommend this story only if you are fine with poor translations! I’m sorry to whoever the TS is but it is very hard to read. I hope the translations improve. All in all, 4/5!!

Am I missing something or do they not have a huge age gap!? Even if they fall in love when he becomes of age, I still find it sort of gross. She’s known him since he was 12, and wasn’t she in her mid-20’s when reincarnated?? Someone explain this to me please. I haven’t gotten very far because of this and I’d like to know if there’s some justification..

It’s interesting but something about this manhwa screams ‘male author.’ Not that there’s anything wrong with a male author, just something about the OP mc who’s socially inept to women around him. There might be more but I just can’t place my finger on it. It’s just the vibe lol. Anyways, 4/5. I love the sword emperor, story progressed pretty slow for season 1, all in all good for binging.

I’ve just finished season two and I love it so much! This manhwa has a lot to offer! The only regret I have is not being able to see much blushing or crying from the ML. He’s so emotionless it’s lowkey unbearable. Where’s the love and concern?! The FL cries so easily it makes the ML look like stone. His eyes don’t have as much shine as the first season either. Just my observation.. Also, I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 4.5. Not much of a difference but the manhwa was quite enjoyable!

I don’t get why people hate Geenie!! She’s just honest. Some people were mad at her for how she treated Ray but you can still see she loves him. And he loves her. And I don’t see how not wanting to study and being lazy is horrible. She quite literally was tired of studying in her previous life. What makes you think she wants to do it again? These people in the comments drive me nuts because Geenie is the character version of my inner thoughts. She’s just honest. I don’t feel I need to explain more.
