the convoluted story of a boy who never got over his inferiority complex and the boy that started it. with an atmosphere of elegance you usually don't see in bl, this story gives me complicated feelings--on one hand, it subverts many tropes such as having a possessive and jealous uke (!!) but on the other, it plays into messy bl tropes like miscommunication and rape. it grew on me so much after a bit but if it had done just some things better, wouldve been a 10/10!

a dungeon action fantasy bl!!! one of a kind in a genre oversaturated with emo black haired mcs and their big tittied harems so it will be a fun read even without the fact that it has amazing art and subverts popular tropes such as a lone op! adding this one to my list half a year+ after finishing it... but i was always meant to, because this bl is a fresh twist in a scene full of mostly the same plots. two contestants on a reality cooking show strike up a relationship in hopes of gaining popularity and everything snowballs from there. this was so entertaining and dramatic throughout but sometimes painfully hard to read, which always makes the best stories!
