the fantasy story of a duke killed by his most loyal knight and the absolute shitstorm that unfolds as a result. how do i summarize this story to recommend it? i literally don't want to mention anything so that anyone who reads this has 0 prior knowledge and can feel the full force of the plot when it hits you. so beautifully crafted, so intricately woven, this story scared me, healed me, and made me cry until i couldn't breathe. read it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
