i hesitated adding this one to this list for so long, not because it isn't good, but because it isn't really a "bl". the romance is a subplot, the main story is all about grief, love, moving on, letting go... it paints a beautifully sad picture of these three boys and it is just such a gorgeous, gorgeous story. cried my eyes out reading it, had a lot of epiphanies about what it means to mourn someone, and came out a changed person after reading this.
