first of all, the male lead is so stupid.... almost childish. how has he never seen the signs that he liked him romantically? also the grooming is off the charts. he had romantic feelings for him when the younger was 15 and he was like 21. and he like kidnapped him when he was like 4 and he was 10. yikes... and then raising him sorta in his specific ways like holding hands, the kisses, etc...

if u dont mind age gap, scroll. but i'm concerned bc they def knew each other when they were both alive. clearly, the old man michael (which is unfortunately also my dad's name) was a child or at least really young when he met what seems to be the human version of Az. we saw younger michael (maybe he was a teen idk) giving human(?) az head, so im concerned if bro is a pedophile. lmk i'm reading too into this or if yall interpreted it differently. i dont like the power imbalance if i'm right. some ppl wont mind this but i kinda do loll

it was a cute lil read but overall the ending was a bit unsatisfying... i still have many questions like who is the father? what happened with the composer guy's career afterwards? also the kid was definitely an afterthought in the series, and I would have liked to see her get along with the black-haired guy more because I feel like they barely talked. i just wish more things were answered and that the ending wasn't so rushed...

that doesn’t make sense as to why the other guy would keep it a secret from him though? it is clearly hinted that she made sentarou angry w her cheating and she said “i’ll make him angry again” because she is pregnant with his kid — the ml realised this and therefore doesn’t want to burden sentarou even more with the guilt bc he already felt bad for her as previously shown in the chapter
it really is just simple reading comprehension needed here, the author wouldn’t go to the full extent of showing this scene if it was just to show who “she trusted more” out of the two. plus that would contradict the entire story because why would she put both their names in her will and not just sentarou’s then?

sentarou is NOT the father. The ML said "it was you" while thinking about the past because previously sentarou was crying and said that ririko didnt depend on anyone and died just like that. When the ML though "it was you" it meant Ririko trusted him the most and wanted to tell him/depend on him and that she is pregnant. It was sentarou himself whom she trusted. The yakuza guy also said Ririko said love you to him. And ririko also talked to sentarou about how she has feelings for this other guy. She was talking about the yakuza guy.
Interesting how you talk about others' reading comprehension when you yourself did not comprehend it lmao xD

i mean, sure it could be interpreted that way as well. i don’t think that’s wrong either, but i do think there’s a double meaning behind him saying “it’s you”. again, it wouldn’t make sense for that to be the only reason or else she would’ve just put only sentarou on the will
and i agree with both not wanting to burden him and ML being jealous
anyways, yikes. pls untwist your panties bc you took offence to my words that had no hostility in them whatsoever. being on the internet for too long has made people forget their manners and jump on the offensive at everything apparently i only said simple comprehension was needed bc it feels like a lot of people miss the details that are in between lines and instead take everything face value

She said “I’ll make him angry again” because she’s pregnant with A child not HIS child. And the ml said “it was you” in regards to who Ririko depended on a trusted the most aka sentarou and didn’t wanna tell him because it’s in a way where he’s like “oh, but I’m not going to tell YOU that” (If the tone makes sense through text )
Anyway, the last “reading comprehension” part was a bit unnecessary. It can definitely be interpreted in both ways and I can understand how some people came up with different perspectives on the ending.

so i recently started reading this (im on ch. 35 rn) and the main two characters are insufferable </3. the assault, the pain in the ass main character with no backbone, and the dick general (?) guy all suck. i can't stand the main two characters,,, please tell me they get better? i'm only continuing to read for the world building and the side characters which i've enjoyed thus far but it'd be great if the main two characters got better too

It does get better but its slow af (they only resolved the misunderstandings in season 2 but there was big reason for it and very important to the plot point so im not gonna spoil it for you). And yesss!! The worldbuilding is quite interesting, atlhough id say we probably havent scratched the surface at this point so my suggestion for you would be to just wait it out and come back later on lmao
this shit is hot garbage but i can't stop reading it
i hope dude has sum character development
The eternal issue. So much trash and I've read most of it
