There are genetics that made them smaller than others. Heck we even have a highschool student neighbor who looks like still in elementary. and when she is together with the kid in our neighborhood you would think she is same age w those elem level kids
He's not really 3. Korean ages are different. When you're just born you count as 1, plus with the New Year he "gained" another year of age. He's actually more like a 1 year old since he just had a birthday.

if he's 3 shouldn't he be way bigger??? i'm no expert or a mom but he still looks very young despite being three. idk why but this bothers me
