I hate to romance tbh. its veryyy lackluster and kinda forced? it feels more like a trauma bond than romance (one can have both but still). Tbh this is once that would have been very good even without romance. I hate the pacing of the time jumps. It feels very "here's a lil bit as kids then a bit as teens now they're teens". It doesn't have a very organic flow ig? It makes the plot feel a lil choppy too? iykyk i suppose cause I suck at explaining.
I do however love the concept and world. It feels a little messy and possible holes but overall I do like how author had inserted bits and pieces overtime instead of shoving all the info at the start like I've seen so many do. I also like the varying personalities haha
I wholeheartedly agree with you. Especially the time skips.. it felt so sudden??? It's as if the author/artist didn't know how to properly make it flow better. I'd be in the middle and suddenly she's inches taller than she was. I was Soo confused.. and the fact that it happened twice is crazy lol
I've been in the mood for a 'rags to riches' type stories—aka Cinderella-esque, if you will—so I'd greatly appreciate any webtoons or manga recommendations od these types! Thanks!
