If you can read in french you can find until the chapter 15 on this website https://otakusan.net/manga-detail/30035/golden-time. Even if they are at chapter 29 on Delitoon website, but yeah you need to pay. But i don't found it really expensive.

Maybe you didn't mean it that way but I don't like how you worded your comment. Sure there may be more on another site but translators translate it for free. We should be thankful that we're even getting free translations. I've heard that some translators even pay for the raws, so I don't think that we should be ungrateful.
