Sorry help me, so is it canon that Seungheon remembers his past life that's why he was attached to Hosik the first time they met? Or is it just fate for the two of them? I feel like the past life story is just brush off and not really talk more about in the main story.

I think it's more of fate rather than him remembering the past life. I view it as their 2nd chance to be happy together.

But I like to just think that he doesn't but views a little of the past, just like Hosik when he dreamed of their past life a little but didn't know the meaning and as to why he was dreaming something like that. He probably doesn't know since he didn't show any signs of having to know the past unless he kept it a secret this whole lot.
