Lost in the Cloud
Oooh they left it in a cliffhanger..
There's so much going on.
The mc is skylar, he's in the photography club and was caught by Cirrus having tons of pictures of Ch (orange haired) taken by secret and stored in his cloud which he forgot open one day at school. He kept a copy of them and after S begging him and telling him he'll do anything he wants, he decided to keep it a secret and to delete the photos bit by bit for every favor S do for him.
C is living in a mansion like house with his father's gf whom he rly hates. They treat each other rly bad, but in front of his father who adores his son, they act all nice and sweet. One day he wanted to embarrass her so he tracked her accompanied by S, and "accidentally" met her with her friends and told them who she is to him (the truth) but apparently she was hiding from her friends the fact that she's with a married man. And to embarrass her even more, he acted as if S was his bf, and when she didn't believe him he kissed him in front of everyone. S hated him soo much after that, and started ignoring him and avoiding him every way he can.
S had a severe trauma from his middle school years and is even being medicated for it (but recently he stopped taking the medication and eventually his mom found out and flipped out). He used to have a best friend M who treated him very special and to whom he was very close, could tell him everything.. S over the years started having feelings for M, one day when they got heavily drunk, S kissed him while he thought he was asleep. M was RLY disgusted by it. The next day, S went to apologize to him, M told him that he actually liked it and he might've had feelings for him too, theen he tricked him by blindfolding him and making an other (ugly, sry) guy kiss him. And since that day, some real bad bullying and rumors started, with M as the head of it all. M hated him so f much cuz he felt betrayed for having his brotherly gestures misinterpreted as more than that..... When S's mom found out, she took care of things, and after graduating from middle school, she quit her job and changed places so they'd start anew.
Orange haired reminded S of M, which is why he treated him so coldly at the beginning, but after OH insisted tries, they got a bit closer (S still pushes him away every time he get reminded of M). He don't know if he really have feelings of him (which is why he secretly took photos of him) or he just projected M into him, hoping one day he'd get to properly apologize.
Back to the later chapters, with C coming back to his home, and not finding his beloved dog named cotton candy. It's highly possible that the "mother" did something to it.

It was indeed the mother's fault for candy's disappearance, she told him he had to sit on his knees and beg for her to tell him, and when he did she ridiculed him which pissed him off so much and grabbed her by her hair. At that moment his father came in, beat him up and kicked him out of the house, the mom acted as innocent trying to defend him and said she took candy to the vet.
With no where else to go, he first brought candy to a friend's house, then he called the mc, made him buy food for him. Then blackmailed him (by calling OH) to make him take him to his house.

He stayed the night in there, even told him his life story, how his father kept bringing other women right after his mother's death, how horrible it was for him and he basically kept kicking them from the house. The current one is his 5th stepmom. The mc didn't even want to listen to him, and told him to be out before his mom would wake up. It was the first time C told his story to anyone, he somehow felt S would be the most suitable one, as he wouldn't care to even judge him. Said that now he has to have him..
He went back to his house, the stepmom putting the act of how worried she was, he had to apologize and ask for forgiveness, so they "reconciled" in front of the father. He later realized that she orchestrated the whole thing, she knew the father would be back that day so she triggered the fight.
C gave skyler back the flash drive with the photos. S felt relieved so he's in a better mood..

A friend of skyler warned him to stop hanging out with C, he knew him from elementary school, where he was bullied cuz of his moms who kept changing every year, then he saw his face looking down on that bully after he pushed him down the stairs, S just told him that he wasn't going to be hanging with him anyway.. C overheard that conversation..

The friend that was supposed to print the pictures went to Skyler's desk to put them there, he found his wallet and was curious about how much money he had, he opened it and found a loot (and said he always said he didn't have any) he took some and said S probably wouldn't notice them missing. Someone walked in on him but not sure if he saw anything.
Since that day, S clearly felt his two friends (one of them is the wallet stealing guy) were keeping him out of their conversations (we don't know the reason, or if it's really about the wallet thingy). His anxiety s acting up because of that, thinking that something must be wrong with him that s keeping others away..

Thankfully the anxiety went away after he met orange hair with other classmates of his, some really good hearted ppl, they studied together and it was all wholesome.. but when cirrus knew that mc and OH were together, he got angry
Ch54. 5 END OF SEASON 1///
I misunderstood, he didn't get angry because he saw the two of themb together. It's because theey saw him with face paint and an apron on that forced on him by his classmates, but he was still annoyed that the two were together, so he's trying to find a way to separate them.. and he found one, just by coincidence, the girl that's a good friend of his caught the eye of orange head when she visited the school festival (after telling currus she wouldn't come) when she basically saved him from a falling ladder. He started searching for her ever since. So now cirrus s trying to matchmake the two..
Summer started and mc s going to school for summer classes. Cirrus invited him for a day in an amusement park.

They spent the day there and had a great time. They went to grab dinner only to meet OH and his new gf there. It turned out it was planned out by C so he'd let mc see the new couple together, but much to C's discontent, Mc didn't seem bothered by it at aall, and C hated that, thinking it was a waste to introduce the girl to OH. Then all for of them went to a couple rides, and when they reached the , mc stayed behind to leave the couple alone, he went on the ferris wheel with C instead. And then broke into tears, it finally downed on him how much OH is in love, how now he's taken and he can no longer long for him. And only then, that C let out a sigh of relief, he was so happy seeing as his mission was actually a success.. on their way back, mc told C that he officially no longer has any feellings for oh, and that he'll never fall for anyone ever again. But it was clear as day that his feelings wouldn't stop just because he wants them to....

C started getting annoying by S getting closer to his friends, started to hang out with them and act close. He even lashed out on him and told him he was frustrating him and he hates seeing him.. that triggered S's anxiety and quietly went away..
That reaction kept repeating in C's head the whole day bothering him so he went to look for him. S didn't answer any of his calls but he managed to catch on his way home. S was surprisingly stern with him telling him why the hell did he come to see him if he himself said he hated seeing his face.. C apologized and S mistakenly understood it as he was afraid that S will tell their friends about all his embarrassing sides that S know about, and that he too related to that, and for once he seemed human to him, and with that they seemed to reconcile..

(After that, S started doubting that C started having feelings for him)
For a class assignment to capture youthfulness in a picture, Ch invited S to discuss it, S was super excited thinking it was going to be just the two of them at ch 's home, but he invited all of their friends including C who didn't come cuz he was dwelling in his dark thoughts since his mother's death anniversary was approaching..
So again we got a glimpse of C's past, when his mother died when he was just a kid and he didn't know how to deal with it, how his dad was patient with him at first but when C's tantrums didn't stop he started despising him. C even heard him sobbing and crying at night how he hated C and wished he was the one who died instead of the wife he loved so much..
After a while the dad brought the first step mom, and just when C started to warm up to her and wanted to call her 'mom' she set up her boundaries making him feel even more isolated.. around that time, a kind teacher started to warm up to him, acting the role of a father, taking him to a zoo, spending time just the two of them as his reading club advisor, since C was the only one who signed up to that club(he only signed up cuz he learned that teacher was the advisor, and was so happy when there was just the two of them).. that was going well until one day the teacher started assaulting him (we don't know what happened exactly but C managed to run away).. soon after, C started acting out again.
When he started middle school, he started acting as the perfect student. While at home he was doing his best to kick his step moms out to isolate his father, striping him from his happiness, as his revenge..
Cut to the present day, the friends went to a firework festival and C went to his mother's grave when he met his old housekeeper (the only who he treated good, and the one who suddenly left leaving a note with a wrong number).
On his way home he kept thinking about S, how he doesn't want him to find happiness, he wants to see him suffering just as he is and more, to feel better about himself.. then he met S, who left early when he got a call from his mom saying his grandma got in a accident. But since he was still far away and it wasn't a bad one, only the mother and sister would stay with her.
Seeing that C was in all black, he asked if he was ok and got ignored. When S got home, C came knocking and insisting to go in, bcuz "he feet hurt so bad".. S have him exactly half an hour and C said that he just wanted to make sure everyone at home was asleep before going back.... Then suddenly.. S asked him if he had a secret he never ever told anyone (while putting his finger on his own lips, referencing a scene that happened with the teacher).. then we got a scene where C was leaning in for a kiss... CLIFFHANGER
