What, who replicated everything they see in fiction that’s not how it works(though some people might), and what happens is that fiction can effect people mentally, swaying there opinions on things and making them hate or like some things they might have been more neutral on before. People can also get ideas for reality on how to do things cause of fiction too.

But having someone on the internet dictating what other people should and shouldn't read is not the way to go.
The first commenter said "We defend it like our life is on the line" ...... why is it such a big deal to you? That strangers on the internet are reading these types of work?
And how exactly are you defending it? By commenting things like "you people don't have common sense because you are defending xyz" when other readers talk about the bits of the work they like? I think that sort of response would make the readers get annoyed and defensive, especially if it's repeated multiple times every time a chapter updates.
And where is the line drawn as to what is "okay" to read and what is not? I read a story recently where the main character is a gangster. Shouldn't we call out every manga/manhwa that features a gangster, since it promotes violence, thuggery, and using force to get what you want?
We don't do that because we know that sort of behaviour is wrong. Because we use other sources to form our ethics and morals - sources like the news, real life anecdotes, other pieces of fiction where gangsters aren't shown in a positive light. This also applies to rape, domestic abuse etc.
Fiction is an influence, but it is -just- an influence. If you use manhwa/manga solely to form your world view, then the problem doesn't lie with the manhwa/manga themselves, but of how you choose to obtain your information

I think the problem is when people get so desensitized and obsessed with rape that that’s mostly all they read, or they start arguing and try to defend stories that show rape in a romanticized way, when it shouldn’t be depicted like that cause it’s harmful to rape victims, and could lead people to think rape isn’t that big of a deal. I’ve seen really crazy people on here ask for shota recs, and me and some other people where arguing with them because stuff showing kids in a sexual manor is harmful to children who could see that and the people who read it and enjoy cause they will most likely grow up to be pedos. So what I’m trying to say basically is that the line should be drawn at the point when people are using real world problems and putting it in a story to depict it in a non harmful way or to try to depict it that satisfies weirdos needs.

Reading your response however, I realise we're approaching this issue from two different lenses, leading to our not seeing eye to eye.
You are approaching this from the perspective of how these stories can negatively impact readers (correct me if I'm wrong), whereas I am approaching this topic from the perspective of how some people react to readers of these stories.
Even if these types of stories can negatively influence a reader, I don't believe it's right for other people to react in the negative way they have been reacting on this site. Such as generalising and shaming readers (e.g., "am I the only one with common sense who knows that rape is wrong"/"the people who enjoy these are smut-addicts"), generalising plotlines (e.g., "all popular bls are just pwp actually"/wondering why people continue reading xyz title when it features rape(!!!)...when maybe the reader wants to see the ml grovel), shaming the author for writing the story in the first place etc.
I hope that makes sense. Yes, it's fine to put your foot down when you can see a reader glorify violent or harmful acts and let them know it is not okay. However, just because someone enjoys reading jinx or painter of the night, doesn't mean that they deserve to be called out for it, repeatedly. And most of the time on this website, it is just that - it is someone enjoying a fictional story with no intention of putting harmful acts into practice
