Ok so I've just finished reading Special Civil Servants and I really liked it. Can I have a good manga/hwa similar to this, action and plot focused and less about romance, preferably none. If do, please at least a bearable FL.
Also, no system or dungeon or level up. Ive read enough to last a lifetime.

Hi is there a manhwa with this FL who was transmigrated into a book(?) Or a world, in this life she has black hair and was in a contracted marriage with a Duke but both of them fall in love. This one was such a masterpiece, it was a story filled with romance, then a little bit of horror, then burned my heart with the angst. Ok in short this was the best story I've read.
