After the end of the events in their first life, Luca made a wish, that made the world regressed. However Judith's soul made a left turn and was stuck first in korea. Then once her time in korea was up, her soul went to the regressed world thus starting the beginning of the manhwa. Her brain treated her past memories as a novel that she read.
