it's realistic in both ways, unlike some boy's love stories that implies more on the sexual things not having a plot, just pure f*k¡ng, there are some scenes which are all made-up but the moment kiyotaka told tenju his "secret" or his concern/trauma about holding a scalpel, i can feel the feelings above the scene.
being a surgeon, let alone specializing in heart and brain, not knowing whether the operation will be a success or failure, it hurts so much to feel the weight of their life on your hands solely, but the urge to save people is unnervingly dreamy for doctors and nurses (｡•︿•｡)
nonetheless, i hope this turns out great, i'm expecting tenju to express himself more to kiyotaka and ask him out, properly, after all of the yakuza things are sorted out.

honestly there's not much hope if we're going by the novel.. Zhenya just rapes him a shit ton more and then they get their "character development arc" or whatnot and fall in love with e/o..

anyways then taekjoo and his real partner go to find Zhenya and get a photo of Anastasia to send back to HQs Zhenya rapes him again after taekjoo goes looking for him
then he brings him back to his island and rapes him some more ( it's still the same day btw ) and after that it's consitional. Taekjoo even makes beats w/Zhenya in order to get a good look around the island in order to escape which doesn't succeed.
& Yes he loses all the beats except one lol. They do get the redemption arc Zhenya changed a bit he's obsessed with taekjoo and even helped him capture his boss ( I won't spoil it unless you want me to )
so yes the Redemption arc is a long way but they do finally kiss !
i just reread it all again to make sure i don't miss anything... but this is what took me? so many readers are telling me that it might have the same "plot" of True Beauty, while some says that Soo-Ae might end up with one of the two male leads—which is too much for my heart... i'm crying now for dohwa out of everyone's own hardship in the story, eunhyeok's problem with his father's repetitive infidelity and leaving Soo-Ae behind without telling her anything, and just all. i still have 10% of hope for this manhwa to be good. please don't let this flop. i don't want to see anymore of their tears, it hurts so much
