First of all, how dare they be this way?

Second of all, what is this audacity?

Thirdly, I am a TJ simp so what I say might be biased but — who the fuck cares.

OKAY.

No, I don't like Jo. People complain about TJ being obsessive and then there's this guy. Had sex with Ian one time and began obsessing over him. Proclaimed them just friends and continued to be obsessed. Told himself it wasn't healthy — continued to be unhealthy. The difference between TJ and Jo is simple, TJ is a criminal and Jo isn't. Alas, both of them are equally obsessed and that's the TEA.

Now I move on to Ian. Which kinda threw me on a loop at some point. I like him. But I think he's playing games and hurting people in the process. First, he toys with TJ. Says that he's selfish and stuff. Then, he does something unexpected and pushes TJ away. Okay. Fine. BUT THEN, he acts all wounded when TJ abandons him and scratch record a few more panels and he's getting fucked by Jo. Like. Uhm. What are your FEELINGS, my boy?! And don't get it wrong, I also think he toys with Jo's emotions. Giving and taking. Like a person playing tug-of-war with a dog.

And TJ can do nothing wrong. Really.

KIDDING.
Okay. He's clearly fucked up. I cannot deny it. Shady past, instead of getting better, he got worst. Yes, he's a criminal but I cannot stop thinking about the whole "do you know how many shit I've put up with?" And the "As long as you're here, nothing will happen to Ian" parts. The first, he said himself. The second, his underling did. Which brings me to the next questions : what is his purpose? Is it to protect Ian? What drives him?

( and, honestly, I'm hollering — Jason was the one that told him that love would turn everything he's built to ashes and so, as I understand, he began to distance himself. And now, look at him, asking Jason to wake up and tell him differently. I mean, I'm not excusing him, but it's clear he let himself be influenced from a VERY young age and now he's reaping what he sown )

ALAS, I don't understand how people can say TJ and Ian don't have chemistry.

They clearly have a past together. A past not only full of happiness, not at all actually, but shared trauma. Call it TJ's obsession ( Ian's leg wound ), call it Ian's necessity to be there for TJ — they are so attached at the hip that if one of them is nearby, the othet forgets the rest of the world and focuses solely on the other.

Even the sex between them is different than other's.
The way they grip at each other, how they react and what they say. To end with the marks TJ was no longer hesitant to put on Ian.

AM I READING TOO MUCH INTO THIS?! Maybe.

But. I like it.

I like their chemistry. And while I do think it's an unhealthy relationship, I like it ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ with how they are, what they have done, how they are — I expected nothing else.

Jo? I have my doubts. I don't like him. But. I'm eager to see where the story goes with him. I haven't forgotten that gun he took back from his homeplace and I do think it's not the last we see of that gun. So. I'm guessing Jo vs. TJ at some point?

I dunno, I dunno.

I'm too invested now. And I'm all here for TJ. Sorry. Not sorry.
