If I read it in Spanish, "Ciel" is similar to "cielo"="sky". I think the other name is either related to the night or the Earth

I don't think it's Norman's dad too. my theory is, he is indeed Norman, and if the author intended the demon world to be similar to the peter pan's world -neverland, the time in the demon world may be a lot slower than the human world. Norman might be living in the human world after being shipped, and together with minerva's allies in the human side, trying to save the human bck in the demon world esp the grace field escapees. I hope the next arc will be about how Norman came into that situation. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ just my 2¢ tho

We're still a long way from over, I bet. Nakano's felt guilty about her powers before, and that guilt would increase two-fold if they get together. Part of the reason Toda likes her is because he thinks she's able to read his expressions, but in reality it's just her mind reading ability. She's expressed concern over this before, so if they start dating then that guilt would start bearing a huge weight on her heart.

I don't doubt that this is a real normal Norman: we saw in the chapter Adam, with Norman in one building, but Adam lives in Goldy Pond with other children. Then it is logical to assume that he escaped, but he couldn't do it alone, so Norman gathered a dream team and they all escaped. I don't think Norman would abandon Adam, they accidentally did split up, that all explains why Adam reapeted over and over again Norman's number - number of his saviour and the person he lost
