I wonder if byul is somehow gonna find out that his mom didn’t want him?
I don’t think it was ever that serious seeing as his mom liked him for the rest of his life after that lmao. And if you think about it, A TON of people irl were accidental births, so technical a ton of people were born by mothers who initially didn’t plan or want a kid at the very start. But they clearly changed their mind over time. It’s more rare for people that purposefully plan out wanting a kid
This is way more wholesome than I thought it would be.. I was fully expecting some real bad shit. It definitely isn’t perfect and they both got issues but the ml seems very unstable, he’s got attachment issues and trust issues. I think this season shits probably gonna go down. This also seems like a more realistic “toxic relationship” idk I just get those vibes maybe bc they’re also happy a lot as well. he also seems to care for the mc and not just obsessed. Although hes very possessive but that’s not his only feeling. I feel like they both just really needed someone and met at the perfect time. They’re kinda toxic but not full on abusive to each other bc they actually care for each other. In some bl that I thought it was gonna be like it’s just straight physical and mental abuse no rainbow in sight, But yeah this seems promising and they have a lot of communication surprisingly although they still don’t agree on some things.
Am I the only one who never read past them raising the kid? Like as soon as the kids season/arc started I dipped lol I just wasn’t too interested in his character.. also I heard that ino and the old vampire dude get together do y’all know what their chapters are?
For me it's exactly the same, I completely ignored their son and his partner's story, I just wasn't interested in their characters at all... More like, I loved the first story and the characters and I didn't expect the sudden change of protagonists back then, so I was disappointed... I read up to chapter 65 and then I just scrolled through the chapters looking for some Gok and Bin moment/interaction... After all these years I still feel like I've been robbed I wish the story was all about the first couple and I wanted to see a lot more about the 3 of them being a family, till when Hwa was a teenager/young adult.
Omg u should totally try to read it I promise it's good and has some action scenes and a lot of info that was provided in season 1. I too was very skeptical and dipped but came back 2 years later and wondered why I didn't read it sooner! It's just as romantic, hot and steamy with a nice plot too. I loved the elder with ino moments their relationship was elaborated on a lot. Ugh ju should just give it a try I promise you'll like it just as much!
Oh I'm sure it's a beautiful story, but I've never read it because as for me that's not the problem in this case... To be completely honest, the thing is that I don't like Seol-Hyun's character design, like at all. I know such a reason may sound stupid but I've always been like this, like very picky for some things that wouldn't make me enjoy a story at all (especially a romance) if they don't suit my taste. As far as a story can be good I really can't read it if I don't like certain aspects, whether it's just something about a character or the art style in general... And btw I still hold grudges for the change after chapter 65
Foxes are omnivores too? Probably more omnivorous than dogs why is he afraid of him lmao ig he’s still a small dog. I’ve only read up to chapter ten tho maybe it gets brought up. I mean if being a carnivore is one of the biggest conflicts in the story why make the scary “carnivore” an fox smh but ig it doesn’t really matter tho
True, they are both omnivores, BUT very small dogs can potentially fall prey to a fox too.
But then again, small dogs often compensate with attitude. So TECHNICALLY his attitude should be even bossier than that of a wolf or cat. So I'm not quite sure why he lied. (Shouldn't other species members also be able to TELL he's not what he claims if this is about pheromones and subspecies and so on?)
Another issue I see is the natural behavior. Dogs and wolves have vastly different behaviors, technically that should also make it a dumb idea to lie about the subspecies.
I guess the author just half-assedly threw reasons together to somehow make it work. But I think it would have been better to just NOT go into detail and make a big deal out of it.
I find it weird that the people who complain about this for the incest find cherry blossoms after winter ok. Ik that they’re very different stories and people don’t just complain about this story for only those reasons but I still see people use that as a big reason, but the pseudo incest in cbaw is way worse considering they lived with each other since I think 7 yrs old? And this story I think they met at 15-16. I just feel like shonen ai or whatever you wanna call it gets put on a pedestal too much. (Also I love Cherry blossoms after winter no hate to that story lol) just to clarify I KNOW that it’s not the only thing people think is wrong with this story. Its definitely NOT PERFECT. I just wanted to point out the weird “double standard”? :P when talking about stepbrother relationships you should keep the attitude about this the same as you would for something like cbaw but instead I see ppl see one as perfectly fine/ok and the other as disgusting and weird. Another clarification: is that I’m not comparing the stories in general they’re both very different, just the stepbrother relationship aspect :)
I think the blonde guy is legit a psychopath he doesn’t seem to feel bad or regret doing that to him he’s only annoyed bc he won’t talk to him, and now he’s probably gonna try and make the redhead feel bad for him. He doesn’t seem to care for anyone else around him and is an entitled pos that seems to think he’s always right..he’s honestly really fucking weird. He also obviously treats redhead like an object or a possession of his that’s just going thru a phase or something. But what’s new smh
I also wish the redhead had a few more brain cells I hate the “dumb uke” trope like it’s one thing to be a lil dumb a lil goofy guy but he’s got no awareness and is dense asf. The authors other work Ks secret the mc wasnt perfect but he was def smarter and more adept..
