To give some perspective, in North America, I’m around a size 12~14/Large. In East Asia (China, Japan, Korea), I’ve bought clothes that were labelled size XXXXXL. There’s really unhealthy body size standards and even if you’re thin, people you barely know will point out any weight gain and you’re constantly criticized for your weight.
In Korea being a little fat everyone just sees you as obese. They don't see that you can be fat and healthy. I'm a big guy myself, and the only time I visited there a few years back. I got tons of "wow you're so healthy/you look so healthy" mostly by girls and older women. That line in general is one of the most backhanded comments you can get, the healthy part is signifying that you're actually unhealthy and overweight.
Now my looks I'm pretty big and tall, and since I work out my body isn't an unhealthy fat. I get I'm not skinny, but to get those comments it was so demeaning since I myself thought I was healthy only to get welcomed like that by everyone. I can't imagine what girls have to go through it's so sad.
It was fucking horrible. At the time I got an ed and it took me a while to seek help. I'm glad my partner stayed with me through that. Korean standards are horrible and they're very close minded too.
In order to get a body like that you must already be kinda big, and u notice how he doesn't have any abs, that's cuz in order to actuay have abs your body fat must be below a certain range.

The only good character in this entire thing is the mc and because he’s actually a likeable character it makes me so mad that literally everything is not going right for him after another, I don’t think a single good thing as happened to bro and it’s all caused by the main love interests or the mc’s brother. Only reading this in hopes that the ending will have mc finally be happy with neither of them

the plot is so good but it’s just way to slow, which is fine I can enjoy a slow burn manhwa but sometimes it’s to much we’re already 60 chapters in yet nothing has happened. It’s just the author dragging the same topic of the fact that the mc’s past was terrible and he gets shit on by his fans cause of that and then randomly adding something interesting like the mafia boss just to forget about it, or with the actor. Also I generally can’t tell who the hell the ml is even meant to be. I’m thinking it’s the black haired dude in the idol group because they so far have the most romantic interactions? I doubt it’s the pink haired or red haired dude and blonde hair dude he could potentially be but I doubt it as well because I just don’t see any tension. I see some people saying the mafia dude is going to be the ml but if that’s the case why is the author not showing any romantic things between them. There’s also that blonde dude from the other group? is he the ml? is it the actor? is this a haram like i’m actually so confused. I just feel the plot is all over the place and there’s to many things going on at once. If the author didn’t bring up topics just to forget about them it could be so good.
