Oh another thing i was pleased with were the main couple's ages, like they were both grown adults and only had like a 2 year age gap (≧∀≦) was so happy to see it wasn't a 30-year-old with a fresh 19-year-old but instead two adults of the same maturity!! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
i like how for the main couple, both the ml and the fl were good looking :3 so many pornhwas were the fl looks like a goddess and the ml looks...not aesthetically pleasing...yeah
i actually rlly like this slow burn, i'm a fan of when the relationship takes time to build because then it makes it feel well-deserved (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ the build up of little things leading to feelings is so nice :3
yeah but i would personally really like fast updates for slow-burn.it feels wholesome...... but i know the translators work hard... so i can't complain...
I agree with everything you said! I love this slow burn, I’m here for the long haul. I’ll be patiently waiting while they both discover their feelings and clear up their understandings. Once the romance hits it will be well worth the wait, imo.

does anyone have any idea abt what the khan kingdom's (kalid's nation) clothing is based off of? like the empress's outfit (ch. 9 & 11) and the outfit kalid's shown in from when he was a child (ch. 18) ? i was just wondering because i don't often see fantasy outfits that are designed like that (๑•ω•)✧☆
In my personal opinion, I believe the khan kingdom’s fashion has a lot of parallels with middle eastern clothing, but also south east asian. The queen’s clothes could be inspired by ancient mongolian royals, or maybe even chinese! Thats the vibe I get but this is just me finding similarities from places I know, the author may have taken inspo from a completely different area!!
