i'm 31 years old. There are many good answer to this question.. some of my advices are written for others persons already, so i'll say 2 that i want to add or emphasize:

Try your best.
And be kind to yourself.

Keep in touch with your friends. Know and understand that friendship is a two way street: you both need to be reaching out to each other, otherwise one of you is going to burn out or you will drift. The older you get, the harder it is t......
