I used to love this anime/manga
I dropped it when the author decided to shove us a 10chapters of Kyoko believing Ren is a fairy.
it's just fking too much.
It makes Kyoko so fuking dumb that it made me feel I am absorbing her dumbness for continually reading this. Dropping this saved my sanity.
Then why are you back? Leave it to the rest if us who love it and move on. If you want a psych eval of Kyoko, I'll gladly give you one, but she isn't dumb, regardless of her dropping out of school. Naive in a lot of areas, yes, but not dumb. She retreats into her world of make believe in order to deal with the trauma her mother caused. Even as an adult (which she isn't yet, mind you, so keep that in mind), people who use escapism as a coping mechanism have a very hard time ot falling into whatever world they created for themselves when faced with something that either part of that world, or triggered them to go into that world. In fact, without the trauma dealt with properly, reality can easily slip away regarfless of realistic understanding of facts and how the world works. Kuon saved her in many ways--a lot of which haven't been revealed yet. Even if as a teen she realizes in her mind that Kuon can't actually be a fairy, her memories and heart will fight tooth and nail to deny that. Her still seeing him that way is actually quite sad. When something severely traumatic happens to you, your emotional status normally gets stuck at that age. If not dealt with, you will still act that age well into adulthood, no matter what you learn. This is why Ren played along too. He has his own issues, but he realized that Kyoko night break if she finds out too soon that he was actually Kuon. Because to Kyoko, Kuon is not if this reality, but Ren is. Clashing those two worlds could cause a mental break. I don't think (i hope) the story won't do that to her, but it might. Kyokos well onbher way to healing after her mother spoke with her and acknowledged her (a little), but she has a long, long way to go.
You don't. It was a rhetorical question. However, your aggressive comment and harsh critique were based in a lot of ignorance. I was hoping to have to you understand Kgoko a little better. It's also quite rude that you won't read what someone took the time to write you. I wasn't attacking you, but if your arrogance wants to keep you from learning something, be my guest. Just don't make ignorant comments and expect not to get replies to it.
LMAO you telling me rude to read something LONG that I didn't even asked for. It's just your ego being hurt coz something you like just got dropped by someone. The world is harsh honey, are u not aware? You sound like a pampered person who only knows the world in your own little bubble.
I've read the manga long enough to get to my conclusion.
ALSO. I'm not the only who says such thing, are you also attacking them? Pft sounds like a busy buddy.
It's "busy body", for one. For another, stop calling me "hun" or "honey". I'm more than likely older than you and it's obviously used in a condescending manner so its not appropriate. Also being "dropped" isn't what was rude. What was rude was you commenting specifically to tell me that you didn't read it solely based on its length. You don't get to decide what's rude to me. Lastly, just because I sound educated and took it upon myself to try and educate you on Kyoko's mindset/personality does not in any way reflect what i have or have not been through in life. I could go into the 23 years of abuse I suffered at the hands of a parent, the starvation I suffered through, the trauma it caused and the hard work I put in to get to where I am, but that would fall on deaf ears it seems. It's completely fine that you have your own opinion, but opinions can be changed. I merely sought to do that by giving you a little insight. If you don't want to take it, that's fine, but don't go attacking me personally when you commented on a public forum and somehow thought people weren't going to respond to such a harsh critique.
Replying in such a manner shows so much about you and what's shown is childish and disappointing. You should learn how to havde healthy conversations with others as well as understand that you don't have to hate someone to disagree or attack, demean, condescend and otherwise offend others purposefully when you could debate without or even opinion. So disappointing.
You guys ever played a newly bought game and then you realized its getting boring because it was just fking easy to level up and such? You are now OP against anything or anyone. There is no challenge at all.
It's the same feeling I'm having while reading this.
But he was having a hard time while levelin up and it would be laughable if an S rank would have difficulties with low rank gates. And also there will be stronger enemies if you remember the incident with the jeju island clean up where everyone was knocked unconsus by those bosses. So I am waiting for the fights with them.ლ(´ڡ`ლ) and with that much chapters and he would still be weak everyone would say it is boring and slow progress. I like their overpowered self both solo leveling and here. (=・ω・=)
