Those plots where mc is conventionally pretty when they take off their glasses but they're blind asf. I just enjoy those stories for whatever reason. Also read a still un-translated story that had the "Mc needs really high prescribed glasses but they have pretty eyes" like the boy with long lashes girls are jealous of. That.
