The romance starts off relatively slow and as you can see it's already 13 chapters and the seme just arrived. However, the outstanding plot will make up for it and keep you interested until things starts to heat up between the two :D I promise it's worth the wait. There will be plenty of cute moments :O most of it will be in the second half of the series but this novel focuses on the plot a lot with a good amount of romance. Even though it's slow it's well worth it so maybe try the novel? Don't drop the manhua ;-; there will DEFINITELY some gay shit going on.
Just some spoilers
Their firstencounter is very soon if the manhua goes accordingly to the novel. There will be some interactions between main and seme. I think after a few more chapters? (Just an assumption). There will be a couple of scenes where the seme (Lan Wangji) rescues the main (Wei Wuxian) before they get closer :D. For example their first meeting after WWX's reincarnation is when he (WWX) faces Jiang Cheng (his best friend from the past) and this kid name Jin Ling (Jiang Cheng's nephew) and the seme comes in and saves the day. He also saves Wei Wuxian again in another scene shortly after the first one. And after that scene, the seme (KIDNAPS) jk but he takes the main with him :) and things go on from there.

This manhua is not a typical yaoi storyline. If that was what you were hoping for then this will probably not be your cup of tea. It's a pretty slowburn with the focus on solving supernatural mysteries. There's no sex until hundreds of chapters in the future.
I think the story and main character are interesting enough to invest yourself, but it might be better for you to leave it and come back in like a year or so when there's more chapters. I think it will also be easier to invest yourself in the story once you can read a full arc in one go.
Where can I buy all the chapters? Or is it not in English yet. I like the story but I feel like the updates are gonna take forever.
I believe the webcomic version of the story has just started so it's not even fully complete in it's original language, let alone in English. I also don't know where the raws can be found. You can read the novel that the comic is based on though. You can find it at exiled rebels scans' website.
