Damn i was about to comment that I'm loving this thus far only to end up knowing I'd prolly hate it. Just why does it have to go south? I get it, it's realistic? Tho it defeats the reader's invested emotions on the story. It may have aligned with humanly flaws but it wasn't the theme during the build up, was it? Great start, tragic end. It would've been good if it's redeemable but to leave it hanging like that. Ugh. Came for the fun and light story to appreciate such rare feelings huhu

Girl, I assure you that it is not as you think, although at the moment Chase is a super shitty and violent person, he has an extremely good development and it's never based on any damage or suffering he committed towards josh, everything is based on a trauma he had in the past, and it's Josh who helps him cope with it, although their relationship is questionable and there's angst, in the long run nothing like that would happen
