I'm still reading, but it seems that Soohwa is really amnesia, because the guy he liked in his childhood came up and he didn't remember the guy, he was even jealous of his brother.

Soohwa isn't faking amnesia, as they said, they meet up with what should be the real love of Soohwa, a childhood friend, but nothing happens with him, as Soohwa doesn't remember him, just Miha being quite sad and jealous. Soohwa is always asking Miha to say 'I love you', but poor baby can't say it because of guilt of lying to Soohwa, he starts to think that he should run away after making some good memories with hi brother, but he is also scared of running away, because he doesn't have a place to go, and he actually doesn't know if he will be able to run away from Soohwa. In a flashback we also see how baby Soohwa was always saying that he is going to marry his childhood friend, but the we also see him asking his father if he will receive everything his dad owns, and if the inheritance include also Miha, at the positive answer of the father, baby Soohwa blushes and becomes extremely happy (so basically I think that Soohwa has always liked Miha, but he think of him as a thing that he owns). When Soohwa is still sick, him and Miha go on a date, and they stop in a cafe to drink something. There we see another couple small guy with blonde tall guy, and when the small guy see Soohwa, he immediately runs to him. Miha explains that Soohwa is having amnesia, that why he doesn't recognize him, and the small guy asks how is it possible, they know each other so well because they are lovers! Miha stands up and runs outside, Soohwa follows him, but desperate Miha says to stop, he explains that they are not a couple, that Soohwa is actually in love with someone else and that he has a lot of lovers, and that to him, Miha hal always been a plaything. Soohwa first tried to stop him, but then some memories came back (wasn't really clear this part) and says that he won't run after Miha, because he knows that Miha will come back to him, as he doesn't have any place to go. Miha goes to the childhood friend's house, and asks him to go to Soohwa's house to take his bag (the one full of money, so he can run away), while the childhood friend is gone to Soohwa's house, Miha becomes desperate and jealous. Then someone rings the bell, and it's actually the tall blonde guy he saw and the cafe (he is a friend of the childhood friend). They start to talk and Miha decides to go away with him, while going out they meet with childhood friend, and tall guy says that he is going to take care of Miha from now on. Childhood friend thinks that Soohwa should react, because it's him that need Miha the most. I don't trust the blonde tall guy, he obviously went to Miha after the small guy instructed him to do so, because small guy wants to do something with Soohwa (don't really know what tho.)
